SharePoint: “An error has occurred in the claim providers configured from this site collection.”

說明

在SharePoint中，選擇人員畫面出現了以下的畫面

此時，原因通常是因為您使用了外部網址來連結到Central Administration的網站。

 

解決方法

1. 到「Central Administration / System Settings / Configure alternate access mappings」

2. 若沒有紅色色塊中的資料，則再點擊「Add Internal URLs」

3. 之後使用新增的Internal URLs來存取網站即可。
